Only university-level positions in professional examinations from PMDC-recognized institutions are counted.
Case I (5 marks): Graduates who complete House Job in recognized Teaching Hospitals attached with their Medical/Dental College in Punjab.
Case II-IV (2.5 marks): House Job at non-parent institution, outside Punjab, or foreign graduates in any recognized Teaching Hospital in Punjab.
Five (05) marks for working experience at Primary, Secondary & Tertiary Healthcare, PESSI and Jail Hospitals have been discontinued for July 2026 Induction and onwards as per the notification dated 17 March 2026.

Pursuant to the decisions made in the Post-Graduate Admission Committee (PGAC), the Competent Authority has notified the updated eligibility and scoring criteria under the Policy and Procedure Manual (PPM) of Post-Graduate Residency of Level-III Programs for July 2026 Induction and onwards.
Marks obtained in MDCAT divided by total MDCAT marks, multiplied by 2.
Sum of marks achieved in all professionals (including Islamiat & Pak Studies) divided by sum of total marks, multiplied by 15.
MBBS graduates: 0.6 marks per position (1st, 2nd, 3rd) in each professional examination at university level.
BDS graduates: 0.75 marks per position.
NOTE: Only positions from PMDC-recognized institutions are accepted. Unverifiable positions will not be counted.
Case I (5 marks): Graduates from public/private sector institutions in Punjab who complete House Job in recognized Teaching Hospitals attached with their Medical/Dental College/University in Punjab.
Case II (2.5 marks): Graduates from Punjab who complete House Job in non-parent Teaching Hospitals in Pakistan.
Case III (2.5 marks): Graduates from outside Punjab who complete House Job in any recognized Teaching Hospital in Pakistan.
Case IV (2.5 marks): Foreign graduates who complete House Job in any recognized Teaching Hospital in Punjab.
