Course Policies

Course policies are applicable on all current and new courses respect to dated 1-1-2019.

FcpsWorld hold right to remove/ rusticate students who have been found sharing his username/password to his/her friends
Any student misbehaving in class will be removed
Any student starting personal/private chat asking personal questions to students will be removed
All students must follow professional behaviour

Student is applicable to course services if no pending fee is left.
FcpsWorld is responsible for delivering lectures and conducting tests for respective course
Course with Live interactive classes will also have recordings that can be seen throughout session.
Courses does not include delivering books to student homes i.e hardcopies etc
All course lectures are kept confidential and are not given to students in pdf format. If students want they can note them on their notebooks
It is authority of Academic department to declare course outline and sole those topics will be taught during class.
Recordings of lectures are available throughout the session till exams. We try our best to keep our systems flawless unless rare mishap occurs i.e corrupting files/burning of hard disks etc.
Recordings of lectures are available for all students regardless they were present in live interactive class or not.
Test of course can be given anytime throughout the session.
If student fails to clear exam he/she can ask for extension in services (charges may apply, ask respective coordinator)
Recordings can be seen 24 x 7 thorugh out session. There is no limit to see recordings.
To meet schedule recordings instead of live lectures recordings may also be uploaded when necessary.as per circumstances
E-Books, syllabus, erratas of course books are present in our library and student can ask co-ordinators to send them pdfs

All fee is transferred through proper channel i.e bank account, easypaisa, jazz cash. No in hand payment is accepted at office.
There is no monthly fee, all fee payments are in installments and are to be paid on due date regardless of date of joining of course
There is no refund of booking fee. Booking fees is paid to book slots in respective sessions. Students are then given time to pay next installment as per course details.
Refund of 2nd instalment is only possible when students are not satisfied with course. Second instalment is refundable only within 24 hrs of joining of classes. After that no refund will be possible
All fees are paid according to respective course instructions. It is responsibility of students to clear any confusion or ambiguity
Students failing to pay installments will be rusticated from program and he will not able allowed to take lectures, view recordings, give tests etc.
Fee is taken installments, regardless of date of joining of course student has to pay installments as per instructed by respective coordinator.
Students can ask respective coordinators to for extension / change in fee installment plans
It is responsibility of students to clear any confusion or ambiguity regarding fee before joining classes.
Any fee less than 2500rs will only be refunded if student has not login into account. if he/she has login their account his/her fee will not be subjected to refund.
